UK DELIVERY

For most deliveries, we use the Royal Mail Track & Sign services with notifications for the recipient, offering details such as tracking information and delivery notifications.

In some cases, we may use a courier service with similar services.

If you require express delivery, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, taking into consideration the time of day and day of the week. Note that urgent orders may incur an additional postage charge.

DELIVERY TO EUROPE 

We charge a flat-rate fee of £25 for any EU orders! These orders are processed as Standard and will be shipped within 2-3 working days. Please note, any orders over the value of £135 (subject to change) may expect additional border charges. The customer is responsible for these charges.
In case the parcel is delivered back to us due to failure to pay the additional border charges, we will deduct any cost associated with the return when processing the refund. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with the team and find out more.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (OUTSIDE EU)

We charge a flat-rate fee of £45 for an international order! These orders are processed as Standard and will be shipped within 2-3 working days. 
Please note, all international orders may expect additional border charges. The customer is responsible for these charges.
